How you'll earn miles
You'll earn 1 Etihad Guest Mile for every 2 Livelo Points you transfer.

- Log into your Livelo account, visit the points transfer program page, scroll down to the Etihad Guest program listing tile and click the “Transfer” button.
- Enter the number of Etihad Guest Miles you want to transfer, enter your Etihad Guest membership number in the fields provided and click the “Add to Cart” button.
- Open your shopping cart, review your requested transaction and enter checkout.
- Enter your phone number (for an SMS or call) or use your Livelo app to receive a confirmation code to finalize your transaction.
- Enter your confirmation code to complete the transaction.
